Day
1: Delhi - Shimla
Arrive
Delhi, Transfer by road to Shimla (343 kms/8 hrs), the
former summer capital of British India, set amidst the
snow capped Shivalik Mountains which offers some of
the most stunning views of the mighty Himalayas.
Day
2: Shimla
This
Morning you will visit Kufri situates at an altitude
of 2500 meters just an hour drive from Shimla. Later
this afternoon take a walking tour of Shimla, visist
the Jakoo Hills that offers a panoramic view of the
town. visit the Vice Regal Lodge & walk down the
Mall Road.
Day
3: Shimla - Manali
Today
you will proceed by road to Manali (274 kms / 7 hrs
) a picture-perfect hill resort at an

altitude of 1929 meters. Set admist pine-clad mountains,
which gradually close in on both sides of the Beas &
nestling in their shade, as though carved out of primeval
forest, is a scattered hamlet, which comprises this
picturesque summer resort.
Day
4: Manali
This
morning you may take a walking tour of Manali, visiting
450 years old temple dedicated to Hadimba Devi, which
has some excellent wood carving. You can also visit
the Tibetan Monastery & the handicraft center. The
rest of the day is at leisure or walk to nearby picturesque
village of Vashisht known for its hot sulphur springs.

5: Manali
This
morning you will visit Solang Valley & not to be
missed Rohtang Pass, 51 kms from Manali at an altitude
of 3978 meters (subject to weather conditions)
Day
6: Manali - Nallagarh
Today
you visit Kullu valley, celebrated as the valley of
Gods & are later transferred by road to Nallagarh
(220 kms/5-6 hrs) a quiet small village on the foot
hills of the mountains.
Day
7: Kufri - Chandigarh
Transfer
by road to Delhi (300 kms/6-7 hrs)
